This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Assess data and insights from comprehensive and integrated datasets to facilitate data-driven decision-making, minimize overall care costs, and enhance clinical outcomes for members.

• Collaborate with key business stakeholders to pinpoint areas of value, devise solutions, and deliver insights.

• Assist business initiatives through data analysis, recognition of implementation challenges, documentation, and project planning.

• Conduct in-depth analysis on assigned projects, propose potential business solutions, and support implementation efforts.

• Explore opportunities to improve performance management and operational reporting.

• Aid in identifying and integrating organizational best practices into business applications and processes.

• Lead problem-solving initiatives and coordination among various business units.

• Help in formulating and revising departmental policies and procedures.

• Act as a subject matter expert in assigned functions, products, or analytical areas.

• Offer process and requirement guidance to junior analysts.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Adhere to all policies and standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must have authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, statistics, mathematics, actuarial science, public health, health informatics, healthcare administration, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in business processes, data analysis, or requirements analysis.

• Preferred experience in healthcare, analytics delivery, project management, and/or IT.

• A Master’s degree is preferred.
