Business Analyst – AxiomSL

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert business needs into ControllerView configurations.

• Assist in the design, implementation, and enhancement of AXIOM regulatory reporting solutions.

• Analyze and improve data flows, transformations, and reporting processes.

• Conduct data mapping, reconciliation, and validation of data quality.

• Aid in the generation of regulatory reports and manage exception processes.

• Engage in business process modeling and documentation.

• Work alongside stakeholders from business, risk, compliance, and technology teams.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and reporting requirements.

• Identify avenues for enhancing operational efficiency and data quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated commercial experience with AxiomSL in roles such as Implementation Consultant, Configurator, Business Analyst, or similar.

• Experience in implementing regulatory reporting solutions or providing localized customizations.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proficient in data analysis tools and methodologies.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capability to collaborate efficiently with diverse teams.

• Familiarity with business process modeling and documentation tools.

• Advanced proficiency in English.

• Intermediate proficiency in Spanish is an advantage.

• Practical experience with ControllerView.

• Understanding of data models and metadata management.

• Experience in developing rules and configuring workflows.

• Knowledge of data mapping and transformation processes.

• Comprehension of data lineage and data quality controls.

• Background in reconciliation processes.

• Familiarity with regulatory report generation and exception management.

• Strong grasp of data management concepts, including SQL fundamentals, database design, ETL processes, data quality management, and data reconciliation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
