Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and deliver comprehensive products and services from chosen technology partners to member organizations.

• Manage and coordinate assigned projects from inception to completion.

• Ensure that timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are upheld.

• Identify project risks and develop strategies for mitigation.

• Collect, document, and convert business and technical requirements into actionable implementation plans.

• Evaluate the effects of proposed changes and suggest enhancements.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, external vendors, and member organizations.

• Facilitate meetings and uphold transparent communication.

• Generate clear project documentation.

• Assess workflows and operational processes for potential improvement opportunities.

• Lead or participate in initiatives that optimize operations, enhance system functionality, and improve service delivery.

• Provide subject matter expertise on supported products and systems.

• Share knowledge, mentor junior team members, and promote continuous learning.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Healthcare, Healthcare IT, Project Coordinator, or Business Analyst roles, or project management experience that includes presentations/meetings, communications, and tracking progress from start to finish.

• Ability to work independently and effectively from a home office environment.

• Access to high-speed internet service.

• Capability to work in a distraction-free setting.

• Travel may be required up to 20% nationally for on-site Go Live support based on business needs.
