This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Act as the main point of contact between business users, stakeholders, and the technical team, ensuring effective communication and comprehension of project requirements and goals.
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, monitor requirements throughout the project lifecycle, and conduct comprehensive analysis to guarantee alignment with business objectives.
• Develop detailed process models, diagrams, and associated documents to aid in project development and execution.
• Leverage digital platform tools such as Camunda, Appian, Bizagi, ServiceNOW, Workday, Salesforce, AWS, and Azure to enhance business processes and meet project requirements.
• Articulate complex information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ensure all projects adhere to CMS policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, particularly those concerning program integrity.
• Remain updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to CMS and healthcare program integrity.
• Conduct requirements gathering and tracking, analyze business needs, model processes, document regulatory compliance, and utilize digital platforms effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a role such as Business Analyst, Product Owner, or a similar position, ideally in a healthcare or government environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in requirements gathering, tracking, and analysis.
• Proficient in creating process models, diagrams, and related documentation.
• Excellent communication skills, with the capability to convey complex information to varied audiences.
• Familiarity with digital platform tools including Camunda, Appian, Bizagi, ServiceNOW, Workday, Salesforce, AWS, and Azure.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of CMS policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, especially those related to program integrity and issues of fraud, waste, and abuse.
