Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect and analyze business requirements.

• Convert business needs into clear and actionable specifications for development teams.

• Perform market research and data analysis to aid strategic decision-making.

• Define and refine processes to improve efficiency and deliver value.

• Produce comprehensive documentation, including workflows, reports, and project roadmaps.

• Facilitate workshops and meetings to align stakeholders on project objectives.

• Track project progress and provide regular updates to clients and internal teams.

• Lead workshops with clients in English.

• Assist in digital transformation initiatives for global clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional communication skills in English (C1 level or higher).

• Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within IT/digital transformation projects.

• Familiarity with tools such as Miro, Jira, and similar platforms.

• Capability to create clear process maps, use cases, and wireframes.

• Basic understanding of app development and database structures is advantageous.

• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

• Business presence in Poland with access to major airports for occasional international travel.

• Willingness to work from 3 PM to 7 PM for US-based clients.

• Comfortable with working exclusively on B2B contracts.

• Must currently reside in Poland.
