Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with teams from Product, Operations, Clinical, Technology, Finance, and vendor organizations.

• Identify opportunities and articulate business requirements.

• Drive strategic initiatives from conception to execution.

• Utilize data, business insights, and industry expertise to assess opportunities and guide decision-making.

• Foster innovation and continuous improvement.

• Assist in product enhancements that yield measurable business value.

• Design, develop, evaluate, and implement organizational management projects, policies, and procedures.

• Identify and recommend efficiencies for business process improvement projects to management.

• Conduct cost/benefit analyses of both external and internal resources.

• Analyze business requirements and production specifications to enhance management operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience is required.

• Equivalent experience is defined as 4 years of professional work experience within a corporate setting.

• A minimum of 3 years of technical or operational experience is required.

• Proficiency in database reporting using Access, Cognos, and data warehouses.

• Familiarity with SQL, Google BigQuery, or similar data analysis tools is preferred.

• Preferred experience in healthcare, health insurance, product strategy, or related business fields.

• Experience in supporting cross-functional strategic initiatives from inception to implementation is preferred.

• Strong critical thinking and relationship-building abilities.

• Capability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to convert complex business needs into actionable strategies.

• Strong facilitation skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint).

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or as part of a team.

• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

• A team player who is organized and capable of managing multiple projects.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal and organizational capabilities.
