Building Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver top-notch consulting services related to property restoration, property defects, casualty, and significant losses.

• Arrange and execute inspections and field assessments to assess structural and property damage.

• Analyze and compile relevant information to create damage estimates, scopes, and project documentation.

• Oversee and manage timelines, costs, and other critical factors essential for operational efficiency and financial management during construction projects.

• Engage in communication and correspondence with clients, insurance providers, adjusters, and insured parties.

• Take part in regular client meetings and assist in business development efforts.

• Work autonomously on smaller projects while collaborating with a team on larger losses.

• Keep job files, documentation, and other pertinent deliverables organized.

• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• 3-5 years of applicable experience in construction, restoration, project management, or insurance.

• Experience with Xactimate is preferred.

• WRT certification is preferred, with an aim to achieve further industry certifications and credentials.

• Willingness to travel is required.
