Builder Services Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the generation of high-quality and precise quotations, purchase orders, and work orders

• Review class 1–10 orders submitted by team members to ensure accuracy

• Process orders, quotations, and inquiries from builders, including clarification, communication, documentation, and expediting

• Communicate drawing and shipping timelines to customers and builders

• Ensure pricing accurately reflects the scope of work outlined in the purchase order

• Address inquiries from customers, builders, and district sales managers

• Analyze and discuss the cost and scheduling implications of potential change orders

• Notify other departments regarding change orders

• Price and process change orders quickly while maintaining or enhancing profit margins

• Collaborate with various departments to exceed customer expectations

• Enhance understanding of company products and processes

• Read and interpret architectural plans and specifications

• Partner with other departments to achieve the required service levels

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven ability to manage and execute technical projects of varying complexities

• Strong written and verbal communication skills along with mathematical proficiency

• Competent in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Advanced knowledge of general construction principles and engineering fundamentals

• Proven ability to read and interpret architectural plans and specifications and take appropriate actions

• Capable of effectively communicating and collaborating with individuals at all organizational levels, both internally and externally

• A minimum of 10+ years of industry experience in sales, estimating, engineering, drafting, or project management

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age
