Broker Success Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver support via email, phone, and chat to brokers and policyholders with an emphasis on enhancing the customer experience

• Seek out innovative solutions for addressing customer challenges

• Assist brokers in navigating the online platform, taking ownership of the quoting, binding, and endorsement workflows

• Act as a subject matter expert on Attune along with its insurance products and processes

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to leverage broker insights for improving customer experience

• Identify and report system outages and technical issues that affect customers

• Carry out licensed policy management tasks

• A combination of education and/or work experience that has equipped you for this position

• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric role

• You are driven by processes and utilize data and analytics to assess performance and implement enhancements

• Exceptional written, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills

• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail

• 1+ years of insurance experience is advantageous, though we are eager to provide training

• A P&C license is beneficial, but not mandatory at the time of hire

• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
