Brand & Web Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary, +6 more countries.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and enhance Fireflies’ visual branding system and templates.

• Design and launch website and landing pages, from initial concepts to live execution.

• Develop launch campaigns that encompass landing pages, announcements, social media, and video content.

• Create product-centric social media graphics.

• Produce digital advertisements for platforms like Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.

• Craft storyboards and visuals for both launch and explainer videos.

• Design presentation slides for events, in-app banners, posters, and various marketing materials.

• Work closely with marketing, product design, and engineering teams.

• Develop unified brand experiences centered around Fred, the Fireflies mascot.

• Assess live projects and enhance them based on performance metrics and results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in brand, web, or visual design.

• A brand or identity system that you have created independently.

• A portfolio that includes live links demonstrating marketing pages or websites you have designed and launched.

• Strong skills in typography, layout, composition, and color, with distinct visual concepts that reflect your style.

• Proven capability to enhance software aesthetics, including the creation of product imagery.

• Solid understanding of UI principles such as visual hierarchy, spacing, and alignment.

• Knowledge of responsive design principles and section rhythm.

• Experience across illustration, dimensional and 3D design, as well as motion graphics.

• Systems thinking approach for creating repeatable design solutions and efficient launches.

• Marketing-oriented mindset focused on clicks, engagement, and conversion rates.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with pressing deadlines.

• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to fostering a positive company culture.

• Data-driven and customer-centric methodology.

• Ability to operate within fast-paced, incremental engineering cycles.

• Dedication to design excellence and minimizing complexity.
