Brand Reputation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Monitor and evaluate user feedback across platforms such as the App Store, Google Play, Trustpilot, and others.

• Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure timely and effective responses to public reviews.

• Partner with internal teams to pinpoint feedback trends and drive improvements in products or communications.

• Manage external vendors or partners as necessary.

• Track reputation metrics and generate regular reports on review trends, sentiment analysis, and potential risks.

• Propose initiatives aimed at enhancing user sentiment and public perception of the brand.

• Ensure adherence to platform policies and community guidelines.

• Develop processes, strategies, and best practices for reputation management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in brand reputation management, community management, user feedback, or customer success.

• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret sentiment and trends from qualitative data.

• Knowledge of online review ecosystems, including the App Store, Google Play, and Trustpilot.

• Proven ability to coordinate efforts across various teams and work autonomously.

• High degree of discretion and professionalism in handling brand image.

• Proficiency in English at an intermediate level or higher.
