Brand KOL Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Assist in identifying and engaging Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) that align with Binance's brand values.

• Support the Brand team in organizing and participating in KOL events, meetings, and networking activities.

• Serve as a point of contact between the company and KOLs, ensuring prompt and professional communication.

• Aid in managing crisis communications and support resolution efforts with KOLs during sensitive circumstances.

• Prepare and present updates and reports regarding KOL activities and public sentiment.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure KOL strategies are in line with overall public relations goals.

• Uphold a professional and polished image as a representative of the company.

• Build and sustain relationships with KOLs, assist in event coordination, and help manage essential communications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related discipline.

• 2–4 years of pertinent work experience.

• Fluency in English is essential for coordination with international partners and stakeholders.

• Proficiency in additional languages would be advantageous.

• Strong interpersonal skills to develop rapport and maintain professional relationships.

• Presentable, self-assured, and comfortable attending events and engaging with influencers.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working effectively in a dynamic environment.

• A genuine interest in the crypto/blockchain industry is a plus but not a requirement.

• Ability to manage sensitive situations with composure and professionalism.
