Brand Engagement Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +10 more states.

📋 Description

• Act as an ambassador for Inriver at trade shows, conferences, and customer events.

• Engage attendees in meaningful conversations and secure meetings with potential buyers.

• Enhance Inriver’s visibility on LinkedIn through regular posts, insightful comments, and shared insights.

• Execute targeted outreach utilizing LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6sense, and email.

• Assess interest levels and transition prospects to Account Executives with comprehensive context.

• Maintain engagement with prospects until meetings are scheduled.

• Follow up on events and campaigns promptly within days.

• Record activities in Salesforce and prioritize accounts using intent signals.

• Work in tandem with Marketing on events, content, and campaigns.

• Collaborate with Sales on account targeting and feedback.

• Acquire a practical understanding of PIM, product data challenges, and relevant customer industries.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in sales (SDR/BDR, inside sales, or similar) or field marketing (events, trade shows, or similar).

• A confident, inquisitive communicator who is comfortable initiating conversations with strangers both in-person and online.

• Strong, personable written communication skills for LinkedIn and email interactions.

• Active presence on LinkedIn or a demonstrated commitment to establishing one.

• Willingness to travel for events (25%).

• Self-driven, organized, and disciplined regarding follow-up actions.

• Coachable, with a strong desire to learn about a technical B2B product.

• Preferably experienced with Salesforce, 6sense, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

• Experience in B2B SaaS, eCommerce, or product data is preferred.

• An established professional network or social following is advantageous.
