Brand Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and enhance the Clerk brand.

• Guide the creative direction and personally deliver brand assets, including brand identity, website, and product launches.

• Collaborate with UI engineers, animators, product designers, and other multidisciplinary partners.

• Implement innovative strategies to bring digital experiences to fruition.

• Develop scalable tools to boost high-quality brand output.

• Partner with UI Engineering to transform Figma designs into functional products.

• Support and broaden Clerk’s visual language, asset library, brand design system, and design processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Senior(+) level Brand Designer or Visual Designer.

• Proven experience in developer tools, AI, or infrastructure-related brands.

• Residing in the Americas or Europe.

• Must be within ±3 hours of U.S. Mountain Time (MDT, UTC−06:00).

• Strong understanding of designing interactive software for the web.

• Front-end coding experience ready for production is a plus.

• Possess an iterative “ship and iterate” mindset.

• Self-motivated individual capable of working independently.
