BPM Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Design and develop BPM solutions utilizing industry-standard tools and methodologies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Implement and customize BPM software to meet the specific needs of the organization.

• Develop and maintain process models, workflows, and documentation.

• Integrate BPM solutions with existing systems and databases.

• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of BPM applications.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for BPM implementations.

• Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in BPM.

• Participate in process optimization initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; equivalent work experience is also acceptable.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in BPM development.

• Proficiency in BPM software and tools (Appian, Camunda, jBPMN, Kogito, etc.).

• Strong programming skills in Java (Spring Boot).

• In-depth knowledge of process modeling and notation, particularly BPMN.

• Experience in workflow automation and process optimization.

• Familiarity with database management systems and SQL.

• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services integration.

• Fluent in Italian and English.
