Bookkeeper

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily bookkeeping and financial transactions.

• Conduct reconciliations for banks and accounts.

• Manage credit control and pursue outstanding payments.

• Accurately and efficiently process financial transactions.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners.

• Facilitate the seamless operation of daily finance activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of bookkeeping experience.

• A minimum of 5 years in bank reconciliation.

• Hands-on experience with Sage accounting software.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.

• Proficient in written and verbal communication in English.

• Capable of managing deadlines and working independently in a remote setting.

• Familiarity with Proclaim software (desirable).

• Previous experience in the UK insurance or claims management industry (desirable).
