Accounting Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Record and categorize accounting transactions

• Conduct reconciliations for both balance sheet and income statement accounts

• Assist in the preparation of trial balances, balance sheets, and financial statements

• Aid in the monthly accounting closing processes

• Review documentation to ensure the accuracy of accounting information

• Address requests from client accounting firms while ensuring clear and efficient communication

• Adhere to established deadlines and quality standards

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of departmental processes

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in accounting

• Background in working at an accounting firm

• Currently pursuing or holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related discipline

• Familiarity with the Domínio accounting system

• Understanding of accounting entries, classifications, and reconciliations
