Bond Closer – Retail

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive reviews of loan files to ensure all conditions are met and files are prepared for closing.

• Generate closing documents that include accurate closing fees and appropriate closing conditions.

• Confirm legal names, addresses, terms, pricing, rates, title work, hazard information, and other essential details.

• Review and distribute Closing Disclosures while ensuring compliance with program regulations and company policies.

• Organize funding and initiate wire transfers to title companies for disbursement.

• Manage a closing pipeline while adhering to warehouse wire time constraints and contract closing deadlines.

• Deliver complete closed loan files promptly.

• Stay updated on all HFA products offered at UHM through ongoing training and knowledge acquisition.

• Support the team with any post-closing findings.

• Aim to close a minimum of 70 loans each month.

• Execute additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• At least 1 year of recent experience in residential closing.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the mortgage industry.

• Previous experience with Encompass LOS is highly preferred.

• Exceptional customer service, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

• Demonstrated computer proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, and LOS systems is preferred.

• Strong mathematical skills.

• Familiarity with FNMA/FHLMC/FHA/VA/HFA products.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Strong time management and organizational capabilities.

• Must possess the ability to work efficiently under time constraints.

• Understanding of Closing Disclosures.

• Authorization to work in the United States, validated through E-Verify.
