This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +37 more states.
β’ Investigate and validate facts related to basic automobile accidents.
β’ Perform initial inquiries into bodily injury claims.
β’ Assess liability and confirm coverage.
β’ Identify damages and facilitate prompt, equitable claim resolution.
β’ Oversee complicated claim scenarios from the first notification through to early resolution.
β’ Manage investigations regarding auto claim coverage, liability, and damages.
β’ Analyze, assess, and negotiate straightforward injury claims.
β’ Recognize vehicle body components and potential property damage.
β’ Identify customer needs and deliver suitable customer service.
β’ Ascertain subrogation or fraud possibilities and determine appropriate handling.
β’ Work shifts from 11am to 8pm EST or 12pm to 9pm EST.
β’ No supervisory responsibilities involved.
β’ Experience in investigating and confirming loss facts related to automobile accidents.
β’ Capability to assess coverage, liability, damages, and adjust/negotiate claims within authority limits.
β’ Strong analytical abilities along with customer service skills.
β’ Proficient in managing complex claim situations from initial notice to early resolution.
β’ Familiarity with MMR is preferred but not mandatory.
β’ Basic knowledge of insurance policies, the insurance sector, and organizational dynamics.
β’ Ability to investigate auto claim coverage, liability, and damages with limited discretion.
β’ Skilled in reviewing, assessing, and negotiating basic injury claims.
β’ Competent in identifying vehicle body parts and potential property damage.
β’ Possess customer service, de-escalation, empathy, multitasking, negotiation, prioritization, task management, and time management skills.
β’ Must terminate any existing appointments if currently holding an active insurance license.
β’ Must not maintain outside insurance appointments while employed.
β’ Applicants with a resident producer license must relinquish it upon request from the licensing team.
β’ Must be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
β’ Must have a dedicated, private home workspace that is free from distractions.
β’ Reliable internet connection with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload is required.
