⛳️ Requirements

• Board Certified in Ophthalmology

• Valid, unrestricted Indiana Medical License

• A minimum of 5 years of clinical practice experience

• Participate in all mandatory orientation and training sessions

• Keep up-to-date with credentialing, state licenses, and any certifications or requirements necessary for the role
