⛳️ Requirements

• Board Certified in Infectious Disease.

• Possess a current and unrestricted Indiana Medical License.

• Have over 5 years of clinical practice experience.

• Attend all necessary orientations and training sessions.

• Keep up with credentialing, state licenses, and any certifications or requirements essential for the role.
