Board-Certified Orthopedic Surgeon

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform independent, evidence-based medical evaluations and utilization assessments.

• Examine patient records and associated documentation in accordance with clinical guidelines.

• Deliver objective, high-quality reports within established turnaround times.

• Ensure adherence to URAC, HIPAA, and internal quality standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid board certification in Orthopedic Surgery.

• Current, unrestricted medical license from a U.S. state.

• Actively engaged in clinical practice for 20 hours per week or more.

• Experience in peer review, utilization review, or independent medical examination is preferred but not mandatory.

• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to document findings clearly.

• Comfortable working independently and utilizing online review platforms.

• This position is a 1099 independent contractor role.
