This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver exceptional, personalized ABA services to clients and their families.
• Perform assessments and create evidence-based treatment plans.
• Track client progress and utilize data to inform clinical decisions.
• Provide clinical supervision and oversight to the team as the practice expands.
• Collaborate with caregivers and other professionals involved in the client's care.
• Maintain precise clinical documentation and ensure adherence to relevant standards.
• Establish and develop an independent ABA practice while upholding high standards of clinical care.
• Serve as the owner and clinical leader of the practice, with Alpaca Health supplying infrastructure and administrative support.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
• Active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license, where applicable.
• Experience in providing ABA services and engaging with clients and their families.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Dedication to ethical, evidence-based ABA practices.
• Must hold a nationally recognized Behavior Analyst certification, such as BCBA or its equivalent.
• Employment visa sponsorship status is a prerequisite for application consideration.
• Assistance in getting your practice in-network with leading insurance providers.
