This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.
• Perform behavioral evaluations and create personalized ABA treatment plans.
• Oversee and provide clinical direction to behavior technicians implementing these plans.
• Track client development and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Work in partnership with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives.
• Keep precise records and ensure adherence to ethical and clinical standards.
• Valid BCBA certification in good standing.
• Must be eligible for or currently possess Nebraska Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) licensure.
• A Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
• Previous experience delivering ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Fully remote position (applicants must reside in Nebraska) - with the exception of monthly 1:1 sessions conducted in the client's home.
• No restrictions on minimum or maximum caseloads.
