Blockchain Expansion Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance strategic partnerships with blockchain foundations and ecosystem collaborators.

• Act as the primary liaison for designated blockchain partners.

• Align partner goals with Tether’s strategic objectives.

• Design and implement growth initiatives that promote the adoption of Tether assets through practical applications.

• Create scalable and sustainable projects that enhance asset utilization and circulation.

• Facilitate cross-functional projects involving regional growth, economic strategies, marketing, and other internal teams.

• Monitor, manage, and report on the progress, results, and effectiveness of projects.

• Discover opportunities to enhance execution efficiency, project frameworks, and partner results.

• Work independently to identify and progress new opportunities.

• Provide leadership with updates, insights, and suggestions based on partner and project performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in partnership or ecosystem management, preferably within the crypto, fintech, or technology sectors.

• Proven success in managing high-impact strategic growth initiatives from conception to implementation.

• Exceptional organizational abilities and a keen attention to detail.

• Capacity to track, manage, and optimize multiple initiatives at once.

• Strong strategic thinking skills with the capability to translate concepts into actionable projects.

• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with teams in expansion, economics, marketing, or product development.

• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote global environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Preferred: experience with blockchain foundations or Layer 1 / Layer 2 ecosystems.

• Preferred: knowledge of stablecoins, blockchain infrastructure, or practical blockchain applications.

• Preferred: experience in fast-paced or unstructured environments.
