This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Review submitted audits to ensure they are complete, accurate, and comply with each client's biosecurity standards within Orbit Control.
• Identify any inconsistencies, missing details, or deviations from protocols, and provide constructive feedback to auditors.
• Conduct secondary assessments of audits that have been flagged or are considered high-risk.
• Monitor performance metrics of auditors and document trends in quality or recurring issues.
• Collaborate with the Onboarding Specialist to train new auditors on audit procedures, digital tools, and reporting methods.
• Develop and maintain training materials, checklists, and reference documentation.
• Offer ongoing coaching and respond to questions from auditors.
• Lead onboarding sessions and conduct shadow reviews for newly hired auditors.
• Suggest enhancements to audit processes, scoring criteria, and quality standards.
• Work together with Product and audit leadership to improve Orbit Control tools and workflows.
• Collaborate on client-specific biosecurity regulations, training, and audit standards.
• Assist in the automation of onboarding processes and tooling initiatives.
• Track and present quality metrics to leadership.
• Keep digital records of auditor performance, quality scores, and audit results.
• Summarize trends in audit quality, compliance gaps, and training requirements for leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• 0–1 years of relevant experience required.
• Background in quality assurance, auditing, or training roles, preferably in compliance, agricultural technology, or a software-with-service environment.
• Proven ability to handle senior-level responsibilities and scope.
• Familiarity with livestock biosecurity risks and protocols is essential.
• Experience in swine production is an advantage.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
• Proficient in using Orbit Control and HubSpot.
• Ability to analyze and interpret quality and performance metrics.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with the Onboarding Specialist, Product, and audit leadership teams.
• Capacity to work independently in a remote setting.
