BIM Specialist, Civil3D

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Analyze As-Is processes and define To-Be workflows

• Gather requirements and design integrated BIM architectures

• Coordinate and review BIM documentation (EIR, BEP, Guides)

• Provide operational support and BIM coaching

• Perform modeling tasks using Civil3D

• Develop automation and templates for Civil3D and Revit

• Draft BIM documentation (PIR, PIM, AIR, AIM)

• Support the certification of the BIM Management System

• Deliver training on BIM software and relevant regulations

• Contribute to complex and innovative industrial projects for Capgemini Engineering

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in BIM design for infrastructure, energy plants, civil, and MEP projects

• Strong knowledge of Civil3D, Revit, and computational design tools (Dynamo, Grasshopper, etc.)

• Familiarity with BIM documentation (EIR, AIR, AIM, etc.) and digital modeling

• Ability to analyze processes and information flows (As-Is / To-Be)

• Good command of the English language

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Building Engineering

• At least 3 years of experience in the BIM field

• Knowledge of UNI/PdR 74:2019 will be positively evaluated

• Previous experience with BIM 4D, 5D, 6D and related software (Solibri, Synchro, SAP, etc.) will be positively assessed

• Experience with CDE platforms and issue tracking (Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM Track, etc.) will be positively regarded
