📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers concerning invoices, credit notes, and subscriptions.

• Oversee the accuracy of the B2B SaaS subscription lifecycle in NetSuite, covering new contracts, renewals, upgrades, downgrades, amendments, cancellations, and changes in contract ownership.

• Ensure that subscription modifications are billed accurately and punctually.

• Collaborate with Customer Support and Revenue Operations to maintain accurate and up-to-date NetSuite subscriptions.

• Take ownership of precise and timely billing in NetSuite, which includes invoice runs, credit memos, and adjustments to revenue and billing schedules.

• Investigate and rectify billing discrepancies in conjunction with Billing, Collections, and Sales teams.

• Record interactions and resolutions in CRM and ticketing systems.

• Enhance subscription management, billing, and support processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth, hands-on experience with NetSuite, focusing on subscription and recurring billing, invoicing, credit memos, and customer records.

• Ability to independently troubleshoot issues related to NetSuite.

• Strong background in B2B SaaS.

• Comprehensive understanding of subscription management, including contract terms, renewals, amendments, proration, and CRM subscription data and billing relationships.

• Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English.

• Comfortable utilizing AI tools and cloud-based workflows.

• Possess a structured and analytical mindset.

• Dependable and detail-oriented.

• Proficiency in German is an advantage.

• Familiarity with Zone Billing or a similar NetSuite billing extension is a plus.

• Experience with Salesforce subscription or CPQ data is also advantageous.
