This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls for the Call Center.
• Generate and manage Ticket Requests to document the work completed.
• Utilize remote troubleshooting skills to address and proactively resolve issues related to customer Building Automation Systems and Facilities.
• Offer telephone assistance and suggest troubleshooting solutions for customers using various Energy Management System (EMS) interfaces.
• Coordinate with on-site third-party personnel to aid in the technical troubleshooting process.
• Analyze and interpret data from a wide range of HVAC/AC and lighting systems.
• Oversee installations and compile reports with recommendations for enhancing energy efficiency.
• Availability to work nights, weekdays, or weekends, averaging 8 hours per shift, typically from 8 PM to 4 AM.
• Proficiency in languages, with native Spanish and advanced English (C1) skills.
• Access to a reliable power supply, wired high-speed internet connection, and a distraction-free workspace.
• Ability to prioritize and accomplish tasks efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
• Capability to convey technical information in a way that is understandable to non-technical individuals.
• A collaborative mindset.
• Active student status or a bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, or a related engineering field is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a keen interest in learning new systems.
