Bilingual Training Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Provide engaging and well-structured training for new customer experience representatives.

• Conduct virtual training sessions in a professional and captivating manner.

• Clearly articulate processes, procedures, systems, and customer service expectations.

• Employ various teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles.

• Assess learner comprehension and identify areas where knowledge gaps exist.

• Execute knowledge assessments, exercises, role-playing, and hands-on activities.

• Offer constructive feedback and coaching throughout the training process.

• Assist learners who need extra support and guidance.

• Aid new hires in transitioning smoothly from training to production.

• Collaborate closely with Team Leads and other leaders to ensure learner preparedness.

• Keep accurate training records and relay learner progress effectively.

• Adapt training delivery in response to changes in processes, systems, or requirements.

• Foster a positive, professional, and accountable learning environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in BPO or contact center training.

• Essential background in healthcare or medical customer experience.

• Previous experience in training customer service or contact center teams.

• Minimum of 1 year of remote work experience.

• Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Strong presentation and communication abilities.

• Confident in delivering training in a virtual format.

• Tech-savvy and adept at learning new systems and platforms.

• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Patient and approachable with the ability to coach various learner types.

• Strong team-oriented mindset.

• Willingness to work during U.S. business hours.

• Availability to start immediately.

• Must have a reliable computer, internet connection, headset, and appropriate remote workspace.

• Comfortable working as an Independent Contractor.

• Must use a Windows 11 PC (Macs are not supported).

• Requires 16 GB RAM.

• Dual monitor setup is necessary.

• Webcam and Wired USB Headset are required.

• Must have an i5 processor or higher.

• Fibre internet with a wired connection (Ethernet cable) is essential.

• A backup power solution is needed.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams / Office 365 is required.

• Must be a Mexican national currently residing in México.
