Bilingual Training Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Provide engaging and structured training for new customer experience representatives.

• Conduct virtual training sessions in a professional and engaging manner.

• Clearly articulate processes, procedures, systems, and customer service expectations.

• Employ various teaching methods to cater to different learning styles.

• Monitor learner comprehension and identify areas for improvement.

• Facilitate knowledge assessments, exercises, role plays, and practical activities.

• Offer constructive feedback and coaching throughout the training process.

• Assist learners who need additional support.

• Aid new hires in transitioning smoothly from training to production.

• Collaborate closely with Team Leads and other leadership members to ensure learner readiness.

• Maintain precise training records and communicate learner progress effectively.

• Adjust training delivery in response to changes in processes, systems, or requirements.

• Foster a positive, professional, and accountable learning environment.

• Manage every step of the hiring process, including resume reviews, pre-screen questionnaires, one-way video interviews, live interviews, and final interviews.


⛳️ Requirements

• Prior training experience in a BPO/contact center setting.

• Essential healthcare/medical customer service experience.

• Previous experience in delivering training to customer service/contact center teams.

• A minimum of 1 year of remote work experience.

• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.

• Excellent spoken and written English skills.

• Strong presentation and communication abilities.

• Confident in delivering training in a virtual environment.

• Tech-savvy and adept at learning new systems and platforms.

• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

• Patient, approachable, and capable of coaching various types of learners.

• Strong team player mentality.

• Comfortable working during U.S. business hours.

• Available to start immediately.

• Must have a reliable computer, internet connection, headset, and a suitable remote workspace.

• Must be comfortable working as an Independent Contractor.

• Windows 11 PC required (Mac not supported).

• 16 GB RAM.

• Dual monitors.

• Webcam and wired USB headset.

• i5 processor or higher.

• Fibre internet connection with a wired setup (Ethernet cable).

• Backup power solution in place.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams / Office 365.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Submission of an English resume is required.

• Must be a Mexican national currently residing in Mexico.
