Bilingual Training Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Provide engaging and well-structured training to newly hired customer experience representatives.

• Conduct virtual training sessions effectively.

• Clarify processes, procedures, systems, and expectations for customer service.

• Employ various teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.

• Monitor understanding among learners and identify any gaps in knowledge.

• Carry out knowledge assessments, exercises, role-playing activities, and practical tasks.

• Offer constructive feedback and coaching to participants.

• Assist learners who need additional support.

• Prepare new employees for the transition from training to operational roles.

• Work collaboratively with Team Leads and management to ensure learner preparedness.

• Keep accurate training records and relay updates on learner progress.

• Adjust training delivery in response to changes in processes, systems, or requirements.

• Foster a positive, professional, and accountable learning atmosphere.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in BPO/contact center training.

• Essential experience in healthcare/medical customer service.

• Background in delivering training to customer service or contact center teams.

• Minimum of 1 year of remote work experience.

• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.

• Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English.

• Strong skills in presentation and communication.

• Confident in delivering training in a virtual environment.

• Tech-savvy and adept at learning new systems and platforms.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Patient and approachable, capable of coaching various types of learners.

• Strong team-oriented mindset.

• Comfortable working during U.S. business hours.

• Available to start immediately.

• Must have a reliable computer, internet connection, headset, and appropriate remote workspace.

• Must be comfortable working as an Independent Contractor.

• Required specifications: Windows 11 PC (Mac not supported), 16 GB RAM, dual monitors, webcam, wired USB headset, i5 processor or higher, fibre internet with a wired Ethernet connection, and backup power solution.

• Proficient in Microsoft Teams / Office 365.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• An English resume is required.

• Must be a Mexican national currently residing in México.
