Bilingual Training Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Provide engaging and well-structured training to new customer experience representatives.

• Conduct virtual training sessions effectively.

• Clearly explain processes, procedures, systems, and customer service expectations.

• Utilize various teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.

• Assess learner comprehension and identify any knowledge gaps.

• Carry out knowledge checks, exercises, role plays, and hands-on activities.

• Offer constructive feedback and coaching to participants.

• Assist learners who need additional support.

• Prepare new hires for a smooth transition from training to production.

• Work collaboratively with Team Leads and leadership to ensure learner readiness.

• Maintain accurate training records and communicate progress to relevant parties.

• Adjust training delivery in response to changes in processes, systems, or requirements.

• Foster a positive, professional, and accountable learning atmosphere.

• Complete all phases of the hiring process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in BPO/contact center training is required.

• Experience in healthcare/medical customer service is essential.

• Previous experience in training customer service/contact center teams.

• Minimum of 1 year of remote work experience.

• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Strong presentation and communication abilities.

• Comfortable delivering training in a virtual environment.

• Tech-savvy and adept at learning new systems and platforms.

• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Patient and approachable, with the ability to coach various types of learners.

• Strong team-oriented mindset.

• Willing to work U.S. business hours.

• Available for immediate start.

• Must have a reliable computer, internet connection, headset, and appropriate remote workspace.

• Must be comfortable working as an Independent Contractor.

• Windows 11 PC is required (Mac is not supported).

• 16 GB RAM is necessary.

• Dual monitors are preferred.

• Webcam and wired USB headset are required.

• i5 processor or higher is needed.

• Fibre internet with a wired Ethernet connection is mandatory.

• Backup power solution is essential.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams / Office 365.

• An English resume is required.

• Must be a Mexican national currently residing in México.
