Bilingual Training Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Provide engaging and well-structured training to newly hired customer experience representatives.

• Conduct virtual training sessions in a professional and captivating manner.

• Clearly articulate processes, procedures, systems, and customer service expectations.

• Employ various teaching methods to cater to different learning preferences.

• Assess learner comprehension and pinpoint knowledge gaps.

• Implement knowledge assessments, practical exercises, role-playing, and hands-on activities.

• Offer constructive feedback and coaching throughout the training process.

• Assist learners who may need extra support.

• Facilitate the transition of new hires from training to production.

• Collaborate closely with Team Leads and other leadership personnel to ensure learner readiness.

• Keep precise training records and relay learner progress effectively.

• Adjust training delivery in response to changes in processes, systems, or requirements.

• Foster a positive, professional, and accountable learning atmosphere.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in BPO/contact center training.

• Essential experience in healthcare/medical customer support.

• Previous experience in training customer service/contact center teams.

• Minimum of 1 year of remote work experience.

• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.

• Excellent spoken and written English skills.

• Strong presentation and communication abilities.

• Confident in delivering training sessions virtually.

• Tech-savvy and adept at learning new systems and platforms.

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Patient, approachable, and capable of coaching various learner types.

• Strong team-oriented mindset.

• Willingness to work during U.S. business hours.

• Immediate availability to start.

• Must have a reliable computer, internet connection, headset, and appropriate remote workspace.

• Comfortable working as an Independent Contractor.

• Windows 11 PC required (Mac not supported).

• 16 GB RAM minimum.

• Dual monitors needed.

• Webcam and Wired USB Headset required.

• i5 processor or superior.

• Fibre internet connection with wired setup (Ethernet cable).

• Backup power solution necessary.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams / Office 365.

• This position is exclusively available to Mexican nationals currently residing in México.
