This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Provide engaging and well-structured training to new customer experience representatives.
• Conduct virtual training sessions.
• Clarify processes, procedures, systems, and customer service expectations.
• Employ various teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
• Assess learner comprehension and pinpoint knowledge gaps.
• Implement knowledge checks, exercises, role plays, and practical activities.
• Offer constructive feedback and coaching.
• Assist learners who require extra support.
• Prepare new hires for the transition from training to production.
• Collaborate closely with Team Leads and other leaders to ensure learner readiness.
• Keep accurate training records and communicate progress to relevant stakeholders.
• Adjust training delivery in response to changes in processes, systems, or requirements.
• Foster a positive, professional, and accountable learning environment.
• Complete all phases of the hiring process.
• Prior experience in BPO/contact center training.
• Essential experience in healthcare/medical customer service.
• Proven background in training customer service/contact center teams.
• Minimum of 1 year experience working remotely.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Exceptional spoken and written English skills.
• Strong presentation and communication abilities.
• Confident in delivering training in a virtual format.
• Tech-savvy and adept at learning new systems and platforms.
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Patient, approachable, and capable of coaching various types of learners.
• Strong team-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to work U.S. business hours.
• Immediate availability to start.
• Reliable computer, internet connection, headset, and appropriate remote workspace.
• Comfortable working as an Independent Contractor.
• Windows 11 PC required (Mac not supported).
• 16 GB RAM.
• Dual monitors.
• Webcam and wired USB headset.
• i5 processor or higher.
• Fiber internet with a wired Ethernet connection.
• Backup power solution.
• Microsoft Teams / Office 365 experience.
• Must be a Mexican national currently residing in México.
• An English resume is required.
• Weekly payments in arrears.
