Bilingual Training Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Provide engaging and organized training to new customer experience representatives.

• Conduct virtual training sessions.

• Clarify processes, procedures, systems, and customer service expectations.

• Implement various teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.

• Assess learner comprehension and pinpoint knowledge gaps.

• Administer knowledge evaluations, exercises, role plays, and hands-on activities.

• Offer constructive feedback and coaching.

• Assist learners who need additional support.

• Prepare new employees for their transition from training to production roles.

• Collaborate with Team Leads and leadership to ensure learner readiness.

• Keep accurate training records and relay learner progress.

• Adjust training delivery as processes, systems, or requirements evolve.

• Foster a positive, professional, and accountable learning atmosphere.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in BPO/contact center training.

• Essential experience in healthcare/medical customer service.

• Previous training delivery experience for customer service/contact center teams.

• Minimum of 1 year experience in remote work.

• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.

• Exceptional spoken and written English skills.

• Strong presentation and communication abilities.

• Confident in delivering training in a virtual format.

• Tech-savvy and adept at learning new systems and platforms.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Patient, approachable, and capable of coaching diverse types of learners.

• Strong team-oriented mindset.

• Willingness to work U.S. business hours.

• Immediate availability to start.

• Reliable computer, internet connection, headset, and appropriate remote workspace.

• Comfortable working as an Independent Contractor.

• Mexican national residing in Mexico.

• Windows 11 PC; Mac not supported.

• 16 GB RAM.

• Dual monitors.

• Webcam and wired USB headset.

• i5 processor or higher.

• Fibre internet with a wired Ethernet connection.

• Backup power solution.

• Proficient in Microsoft Teams / Office 365.
