Bilingual Training Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Provide engaging and well-structured training to new customer experience representatives.

• Conduct virtual training sessions.

• Clarify processes, procedures, systems, and customer service expectations.

• Employ diverse teaching methods to cater to various learning styles.

• Monitor learner comprehension and identify any knowledge gaps.

• Administer knowledge assessments, practical exercises, role plays, and activities.

• Offer constructive feedback and coaching.

• Assist learners who need additional support.

• Prepare new hires for their transition from training to production roles.

• Collaborate with Team Leads and management to ensure learner readiness.

• Maintain precise training records and relay learner progress.

• Adjust training delivery in response to changes in processes, systems, or requirements.

• Foster a positive, professional, and accountable learning atmosphere.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in BPO/contact center training.

• Essential background in healthcare/medical customer experience.

• Experience in providing training to customer service/contact center teams.

• Minimum of 1 year of remote work experience.

• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.

• Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English.

• Strong presentation and communication abilities.

• Confident in delivering training through virtual platforms.

• Tech-savvy and adept at learning new systems and technologies.

• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

• Patient, approachable, and capable of coaching various types of learners.

• Strong team-oriented mindset.

• Willingness to work U.S. business hours.

• Availability to start immediately.

• Reliable computer, internet connection, headset, and suitable remote workspace.

• Comfortable working as an Independent Contractor.

• Windows 11 PC (Mac not supported).

• 16 GB RAM.

• Dual monitors.

• Webcam and wired USB headset.

• i5 processor or higher.

• Fibre internet with a wired Ethernet connection.

• Must be a Mexican national currently residing in Mexico.
