Bilingual Training Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Provide engaging and well-structured training sessions for new customer experience representatives.

• Conduct virtual training sessions in a professional and captivating manner.

• Clearly articulate processes, procedures, systems, and customer service expectations.

• Employ various teaching methods to cater to different learning preferences.

• Assess learner comprehension and identify any knowledge gaps.

• Implement knowledge checks, exercises, role plays, and practical activities.

• Offer constructive feedback and coaching throughout the training process.

• Assist learners who need additional support.

• Aid new hires in transitioning smoothly from training to production.

• Collaborate closely with Team Leads and other leadership members to foster learner readiness.

• Keep precise training records and communicate learner progress effectively.

• Adjust training delivery as processes, systems, or requirements evolve.

• Foster a positive, professional, and accountable learning environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in BPO/contact center training.

• Essential background in healthcare/medical customer experience.

• Prior experience in training customer service/contact center teams.

• A minimum of 1 year of remote work experience.

• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.

• Excellent verbal and written English skills.

• Strong presentation and communication abilities.

• Confident in delivering training in a virtual setting.

• Technologically adept and comfortable with learning new systems and platforms.

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Patient, approachable, and capable of coaching diverse learners.

• Strong team-oriented mindset.

• Willingness to work U.S. business hours.

• Immediate availability to start.

• Reliable computer, internet connection, headset, and suitable remote working environment.

• Comfortable working as an Independent Contractor.

• Windows 11 PC required; Mac not supported.

• 16 GB RAM minimum.

• Dual monitor setup preferred.

• Webcam and wired USB headset necessary.

• i5 processor or higher required.

• Fiber internet with a wired Ethernet connection.

• Backup power solution needed.

• Proficient in Microsoft Teams / Office 365.

• An English resume is mandatory.

• Must be a Mexican national currently residing in México.
