Bilingual Training Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Provide engaging and well-structured training for new customer experience representatives

• Lead virtual training sessions in a professional and captivating manner

• Clearly articulate processes, procedures, systems, and customer service expectations

• Utilize various teaching methods to cater to different learning preferences

• Assess learner comprehension and identify any knowledge gaps

• Implement knowledge assessments, exercises, role plays, and hands-on activities

• Offer constructive feedback and coaching throughout the training process

• Assist learners requiring additional support

• Facilitate the transition of new hires from training to production

• Collaborate closely with Team Leads and other leadership to ensure learner readiness

• Keep accurate training records and communicate learner progress

• Adjust training delivery as processes, systems, or requirements evolve

• Foster a positive, professional, and accountable learning atmosphere

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in BPO/contact center training

• Essential experience in healthcare/medical customer service

• Previous training delivery experience for customer service/contact center teams

• Minimum of 1 year remote work experience

• Completely bilingual in English and Spanish

• Exceptional spoken and written English skills

• Strong presentation and communication abilities

• Confident in delivering training in a virtual setting

• Tech-savvy and eager to learn new systems and platforms

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Patient, approachable, and capable of coaching diverse learners

• Strong team-oriented mindset

• Willingness to work U.S. business hours

• Immediate availability to start

• Reliable computer, internet connection, headset, and appropriate remote workspace

• Comfortable working as an Independent Contractor

• Windows 11 PC (Mac is not supported)

• 16 GB RAM

• Dual monitors

• Webcam and wired USB headset

• i5 processor or higher

• Fibre internet with a wired connection (Ethernet cable)
