Bilingual Training Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Provide engaging and well-structured training sessions for new customer experience representatives

• Conduct virtual training sessions in a professional and engaging manner

• Clearly articulate processes, procedures, systems, and customer service expectations

• Employ various teaching methods to cater to different learning styles

• Assess learner comprehension and identify knowledge gaps

• Administer knowledge checks, exercises, role plays, and hands-on activities

• Offer constructive feedback and coaching throughout the training process

• Assist learners who need additional support

• Aid in preparing new hires for the transition from training to production

• Collaborate closely with Team Leads and other leadership members to ensure learner readiness

• Keep accurate training records and report on learner progress

• Adjust training delivery as processes, systems, or requirements evolve

• Foster a positive, professional, and accountable learning environment

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in BPO/contact center training

• Essential experience in healthcare/medical customer service

• Previous training delivery experience to customer service/contact center teams

• Minimum of 1 year of remote work experience

• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish

• Excellent verbal and written English skills

• Strong presentation and communication abilities

• Confident in delivering training in a virtual format

• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems and platforms

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Patient and approachable, capable of coaching various types of learners

• Strong team-oriented mindset

• Availability to work U.S. business hours

• Immediate availability to start

• Must have a reliable computer, internet connection, headset, and a suitable remote workspace

• Willingness to work as an Independent Contractor

• Must have a Windows 11 PC (Mac is not supported)

• Minimum of 16 GB RAM

• Dual monitors required

• Webcam and wired USB headset necessary

• i5 processor or higher required

• Fibre internet with a wired connection (Ethernet cable) necessary

• Backup power solution is required

• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams / Office 365

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
