Bilingual Training Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Provide engaging and well-structured training to new customer experience representatives.

• Lead virtual training sessions effectively.

• Clarify processes, procedures, systems, and expectations for customer service.

• Implement various teaching techniques to accommodate different learning styles.

• Assess learner comprehension and pinpoint knowledge gaps.

• Conduct assessments, activities, role-playing, and practical exercises.

• Offer constructive feedback and coaching to participants.

• Assist learners who need additional support.

• Prepare new hires for their transition from training to production roles.

• Collaborate closely with Team Leads and management to ensure learner readiness.

• Keep accurate training records and communicate learner progress regularly.

• Adjust training delivery in response to changes in processes, systems, or requirements.

• Foster a positive, professional, and accountable learning atmosphere.

• Contribute to a fully remote healthcare BPO operation catering to a U.S.-based program.


⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in BPO/contact center training.

• Essential background in healthcare or medical customer experience.

• Experience in delivering training to customer service/contact center teams is necessary.

• Minimum of 1 year of remote work experience.

• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Strong presentation abilities and communication skills.

• Comfortable delivering training in a virtual environment.

• Tech-savvy with an ability to learn new systems and platforms quickly.

• Solid organizational skills coupled with attention to detail.

• Patient and approachable, capable of coaching diverse types of learners.

• Strong team-oriented mindset.

• Willingness to work during U.S. business hours.

• Availability to start immediately.

• Reliable computer, internet connection, headset, and appropriate remote workspace.

• Ability to work as an Independent Contractor.

• Required specifications: Windows 11 PC (Mac not supported), 16 GB RAM, dual monitors, webcam and wired USB headset, i5 processor or higher, fibre internet with a wired Ethernet connection, and backup power solution.

• Proficient in Microsoft Teams / Office 365.

• Must be a Mexican national currently residing in Mexico.

• An English resume is required.

• Must complete every stage of the hiring process.
