Bilingual Telehealth Physician – English/Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Perform thorough telehealth initial consultations for enrolled members (15-20 min)

• Analyze intricate medical and social histories and determine clinical priorities and risks

• Develop clear, actionable clinical plans and transitions for Community Health Workers, LCSWs, and care navigators

• Record findings and recommendations clearly in the EMR to support ongoing care

• Offer clinical direction on escalation pathways and program workflows throughout the pilot

• Establish quick clinical rapport and trust with members and caregivers

⛳️ Requirements

• MD or DO with an active, unrestricted Pennsylvania license

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, or a related primary care specialty preferred

• Significant experience working with Medicare/Medicaid populations, or in complex chronic disease management

• Proficient in telehealth assessments and building virtual rapport

• Strong clinical judgment, ability to handle complexity and ambiguity, and a keen interest in care coordination

• Comfortable operating in an iterative, startup-like pilot environment
