This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Engaging with Prime members, pharmacies, and healthcare providers.
• Offering support and assistance with order management and general account benefit inquiries.
• Handling incoming calls or emails from members, pharmacies, and healthcare offices.
• Investigating and resolving member inquiries promptly, or escalating them to the appropriate team member.
• Complying with and promoting Prime and departmental standard operating procedures and training guidelines related to HIPAA.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.
• A High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without the necessity for a work visa or residency sponsorship.
• A suitable home office that meets Prime's required standards.
• Proficient PC skills with the ability to navigate multiple software systems concurrently.
• Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on professionalism and empathy.
• Capability to multitask effectively.
• Detail-oriented mindset.
• One year of customer service experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in another language (Spanish) is preferred.
