This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Identify potential healthcare candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.

• Evaluate resumes and applications, conducting screenings to determine skills, qualifications, and suitability for roles.

• Assess candidates based on client specifications.

• Organize and arrange interviews with hiring managers.

• Offer interview preparation and debriefing to candidates.

• Deliver timely and constructive feedback to candidates.

• Maintain a database of qualified candidates for current and future opportunities.

• Foster and sustain strong relationships with candidates and build a robust talent pipeline.

• Keep abreast of trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment and talent acquisition.

• Stay informed on healthcare regulations, standards, and terminology.


⛳️ Requirements

• Three to five (3 - 5) years of experience in healthcare and/or Life Sciences recruiting in a full life-cycle environment.

• A Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or equivalent professional experience is preferred.

• Proven ability to manage multiple high-volume roles simultaneously with urgency and efficiency.

• Familiarity with healthcare regulations, standards, and terminology.

• Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment technologies.

• Experience collaborating with HR on documentation and additional onboarding paperwork.

• Positive, proactive, and professional demeanor, with a strong commitment to integrity and ethics.

• High emphasis on teamwork and collaboration.

• Passionate about identifying the best candidates for roles, considering both technical qualifications and cultural fit.

• Committed to providing an exceptional candidate experience.

• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

• Capable of interacting with diverse individuals at all levels.

• Work authorization or eligibility to work in Canada is required, as indicated by the Montréal, QC, CAN location.
