Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist – 12-month contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Assist in bilingual recruitment efforts alongside the designated HRBP.

• Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle utilizing global Talent Acquisition methodologies, systems, and tools.

• Offer subject matter expertise and insights regarding talent to hiring managers.

• Counsel hiring managers and HRBPs while devising solutions for recruitment challenges.

• Ensure adherence to compliance standards for both internal and external candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Objectively assess and select candidates in accordance with local regulations and established best practices.

• Aid hiring managers in evaluating and assessing candidates.

• Foster engagement and build relationships with candidates for both current and future roles.

• Manage recruitment-related administrative tasks, including offer letters and onboarding procedures.

• Develop cooperative partnerships across Nestlé to exchange talent and HR/recruitment strategies.

• Facilitate employer branding efforts, such as initiatives focused on Youth, University outreach, and graduate development programs.

• Proficiency in both English and French is essential.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant HR experience with an emphasis on recruitment.

• Proven capability to efficiently handle a significant volume of diverse recruitment tasks.

• Familiarity with automated Applicant Tracking Systems.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
