Freelance Recruitment Partner, Japan

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia, +12 more countries.

📋 Description

• Identify and attract high-caliber Japanese-speaking candidates

• Leverage LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and networking avenues

• Perform candidate screenings and qualification interviews

• Develop and sustain robust talent pipelines

• Organize interviews and manage candidate communications

• Collaborate closely with DKR's Service Delivery Team and the Managing Director

• Keep ATS records and candidate documentation up to date

• Assist with future global hiring initiatives

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in both Japanese and English (written and spoken)

• Prior experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition

• International recruitment experience is highly preferred

• Strong skills in sourcing and networking

• Capability to work autonomously and handle multiple projects

• Outstanding communication and organizational skills

• Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment technology is a plus

• Demonstrated ability to identify and engage talent in Japan/Malaysia

• Existing networks of Japanese candidates, language communities, university contacts, hospitality networks, entertainment networks, customer service talent pools, or relocation experience are beneficial
