Senior Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the Talent Team to grasp hiring requirements, challenges, organizational structure, and team dynamics.

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing and engaging both passive and active talent globally to hiring, offer generation, and transitioning to People Ops onboarding.

• Serve as a vital internal stakeholder across various teams.

• Oversee headcount reconciliation.

• Ensure alignment on compensation and equity.

• Organize and take part in internal interviews.

• Execute recruitment projects within deadlines, meeting milestones and deliverables.

• Manage and implement the Greenhouse recruiting process comprehensively from start to finish.

• Keep hiring documentation and candidate/hire data accurate and current.

• Provide timely, clear, and proactive updates to hiring managers and business stakeholders.

• Anticipate needs, tackle issues, prevent bottlenecks, and ensure a smooth hiring process.

• Source and engage passive candidates through team networks.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of recruiting experience collaborating with senior leaders in the SaaS/Tech industry.

• Experience in a remote-first company where effective communication is essential.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while embracing change and ambiguity.

• Familiarity with Greenhouse.

• Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter.

• Outstanding administrative capabilities.

• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Confidence in engaging passive candidates.

• Ability to navigate multiple documents and systems while following structured, process-driven workflows.
