This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Conduct unbiased evaluations of unresolved customer complaints related to Bank products and services.
β’ Develop collaborative solutions that consider both customer and bank interests.
β’ Analyze and enhance work processes to optimize group effectiveness and efficiency.
β’ Establish, nurture, and manage client relationships.
β’ Identify enhancements that support the overall client experience.
β’ Offer expertise on products, processes, and operational systems.
β’ Cultivate relationships with BMO partners and leadership.
β’ Monitor and evaluate performance while addressing any issues that arise.
β’ Oversee resolution processes for outstanding complaints.
β’ Compose and deliver response letters in accordance with established processes and guidelines.
β’ Prepare documentation and executive summaries for intricate cases.
β’ Review and prioritize incoming complaints, escalating urgent, sensitive, or reputational matters as necessary.
β’ Engage in business-driven process-improvement initiatives.
β’ Provide insights on trends in the complaint process.
β’ Ensure adherence to Bank policies and procedures, including those related to privacy, money laundering, and fraud prevention.
β’ Implement the Risk Management Framework and make decisions informed by risk considerations.
β’ Generally, 3β5 years of relevant experience in a related field.
β’ A post-secondary degree in a related area of study or a comparable combination of education and experience.
β’ Strong reasoning and problem-solving capabilities.
β’ Specialized knowledge acquired through education and/or professional experience.
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
β’ Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities.
β’ Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
β’ Proficient influencing skills.
β’ Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
β’ Capability to assist clients and team members both inside and outside the province of Quebec.
