Bilingual Spanish Customer Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Handle incoming calls related to credit memberships, services, and product offerings.

• Advocate for solutions that assist consumers in enhancing their credit profiles.

• Clarify credit bureau procedures to consumers.

• Inform consumers about the necessary steps to request corrections.

• Manage customer assistance inquiries and determine the required support.

• Address requests or escalate them to the relevant functional area.

• Manage escalated customer concerns.

• Report to a Customer Care Supervisor.

• Work remotely in Allen, Texas.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a US resident residing within 45–60 minutes of the 701 Experian Parkway, Allen, TX office location.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

• Experience in interpreting and addressing customer inquiries.

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• A minimum of one year of customer service experience is necessary.

• Proficient in using a computer for operational tasks.

• Must successfully pass a criminal background check.

• Must successfully complete employment verification.

• Must successfully pass education verification.

• Must successfully pass a credit check.

• Must successfully pass a drug screening.
