Bilingual Senior Integration Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• The Senior Integration Specialist is tasked with collaborating with Sodexo and Entegra supply partners to create and sustain continuous data feeds for item catalogs, purchase orders, invoices, and various business data.

• Ensure effective data ingestion by engaging with business partners and technical teams, converting business needs into technical specifications, and preserving system integrity.

• Partner with supply vendors to establish and uphold electronic data feeds for essential business files.

• Work in conjunction with technical teams and partners to guarantee precise data ingestion and integration.

• Offer consulting, support, and training to partners regarding data and system integration.

• Investigate and resolve issues related to data feeds, upgrades, and integrations.

• Take part in testing, upgrades, and the implementation of new systems.

• Collaborate closely with suppliers, eProcurement teams, Supply Management, Accounts Payable, and IS&T teams to provide updates and manage escalations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in French and English (Required)

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent professional experience

• At least 2 years of experience in a professional work setting

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field (preferred)

• 3–5 years of experience with EDI integrations, supplier data exchange, or procurement systems (preferred)

• Familiarity with ERP and eProcurement platforms (e.g., Coupa, Ariba, Oracle, SAP)

• Experience with SQL or other data query tools

• Proficiency with testing tools such as DevOPS (or similar platforms)

• Strong understanding of EDI and other data exchange principles

• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting capabilities

• Effective communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
